How long does shipping take within Canada?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via Canada Post takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your province.
Are all your products authentic?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. We source all our skincare and beauty products directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty items.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Since we are based in Canada and ship domestically, Canadian customers will not be charged any unexpected customs or import duties upon delivery.
