At The K Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your RA number inside the box. Ship the package to our Canadian distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
